Territory of advancing social and economic development as an instrument of state policy

The article deals with the problem of creating areas of advancing socio-economic development in the Far East. The experience of using zones with special regime of entrepreneurial activity is described in order to improve production efficiency and economic modernization. An analysis of mechanisms of state regulation and content creation projects of priority development areas is given.
